Known for her dynamic leadership and commitment to excellence, Autumn’s career was defined by her drive for results and her ability to cultivate high-performing teams. Her professional journey included key roles in banking, sales, business and wealth management, remote leadership, and talent development. She was admired for her ability to blend strategy with empathy—creating a work culture that valued both performance and people.

Before joining First Commonwealth Bank, Autumn served as vice president and regional manager at Citizens Bank, where she led multiple branches and helped shape regional success. She also held the role of area manager at Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI), further demonstrating her versatile management skills across industries.

At First Commonwealth, Autumn led the Metro PA Southeast and later the Central region, overseeing branch performance, recruitment, and engagement strategies. She was instrumental in mentoring new talent and developing leaders across the organization.
